I need to cancel my contract (or at least make sure that it is not automactly renewed).
I´ve used whatsapp and no gives me clear directions on how to do it. I try to call from where I currently live, Brazil, and it does not speak english. I sent an email (info@voda...) and, SURPRISE, no reply whatsoever. I send an email to the email from the Konstanz GE store that sold me the contract and nothing happens.
Please get back to me or give me CLEAR instructions on how to do it (not please contact another useless number).

I´m sry, but you havn´t chosen the right ways to contact us. And so you didn´t get an answer.

But there is a simple way for your request: Cancellation in MeinVodafone.
Just log in and choose your number following "Online-Kündigung".
