Hello all,
I have a contract for 15gb a month and a phone. Last month after speaking with one of vodafones agents to clear up a misunderstanding, he offered me 3 gb for free, however, after reviewing my bill for this month it appears that I'm actually being charged 47 € for it ! I tried speaking with the customer service on the phone but no one speaks english, this is really upsetting and frustrating and I'm regretting making a contract with this company.
How can I cancel these 3gb so I don't get charged for them anymore ?
Also, I had purchased the giga cube flix but decided to return it two weeks after the purchase, any idea how long does it take to for my money to be refunded to my bank account?
Notice: Post moved to matching board. Regards, BerndD, Mod

I doubt that you've been charged 47 € for the 3 GB - it'll be the whole fee for your mobile contract (and not only for the 3 GB).
Next thing about your GigaCube Flex:
That one isn't actually "for free" if you decide to give it back in the two weeks. You have to pay at least for the used data (think it's calculated on base of the days used divided by the days the month had); I'm not completely sure if there is an additional activation fee that is not returned to you.
