How to keep old Callya phone number for new Vodafone Red contract?

Hi,

I have a question regarding keeping existing mobile number.

I have a Vodafone CallYa phone number and now I bought a new Vodafone Red XS package. I got a new sim card and a new number for that, but I would like to keep my old CallYa number and terminate my CallYa contract.

How is this possible with all the Vodafone shops closed because of the Corona virus?

Hi @sebipayne,

You wrote you signed a new contract (Red XS) with a new SIM-card (new number, I guess) and also have an existing CallYa mobile phone number, didn't you. How did you signed the contract (online or via VF-shop)?

If so then it's not possible to port your CallYa number to your new Red XS contract. There is a special way changing from CallYa to a term contract. That way is described here (only in German).
