I opened a Gigagube contract 27.2.2018 in a Vodafone store. I returned the device with a cancellation paper (30 days trial cancellation) on 22.3.2018 to the same store and they took the device but told me I had to send the cancellation paper to Arvato Distribution GmbH Warenannahme 36 (returns), Bielefelder Str.45 33428 Marienfeld. The letter was received by Arvato Distribution on 28.3.2018 (it was a tracked letter).
Now I do not see any information about this cancellation on MyVodafone and have not yet received any cancellation confirmation sms or email.
Could you check that it has been cancelled and I do not get unnecessary invoices related to this contract? I can send the customer number privately.
