In March 2019 I was considering buying a Giga Cube, but I was in doubts, because I only needed it for 6 months. I knew that after that I will be moving to another country and I will not need it anymore. I explained my situation to the staff in Vodafone Shop and they told me that it is possible to cancel Giga Cube contract after 6 months, if I provide Abmeldungsbestätigung. Because of provided information, I decided to buy a Giga Cube. At the end of August 2019 I tried canceling the contract. I sent cancelation form together with Abmeldungsbestätigung to Vodafone's address in Ratingen by post. After that I received an e-mail that my contract is going to end on 11.3. 2021. From September on I also did not use Giga Cube anymore, but even though monthly fee for September and October was still charged from my bank account. I do not understand why I could not cancel my contract, even though I was informed that after 6 months it is possible to cancel it, if you move abroad. It makes no sense that I would still have to be paying for the service which I am not using anymore. Can somebody please help me with this case?
Thank you in advance and best regards!

Hi u777,
welcome to the Vodafone community. ![]()
When you sign a contract, it has regularly a running time of 24 months. These terms and conditions are always set in the contract documents.
I'll have a closer look on this special case. Please send me your phone or customer number and your customer password via private message.
