Contract Cancel at end of term issues. Please Help me.

Hello, my name is Branimir and I have been using your services since 2018. I have signed a contract
for 2 years until november 2020. I have moved out of Germany a long time ago and I wish to cancel the contract at the end of the contract term.
Which means after my last payment that is required to Vodafone. I am no longer using your services nor the devices and would like to
cancel the contract as soon as it ends. The issue is I can't log in to mein vodafone app and I can't actually
use my number to log in because of former payment issues where the number actually got cancelled. The debts were payed and I am now regularly
paying every bill without any problems.

So I have the following services:

Tablet + some services for rufnummer: 0174 6xxxxxxx7
Which I can log in to and managed to cancel it via Mein Vodafone app.
( This one is cancelled and will end in 11.month of 2020. )

The other service that remains and I cannot do the "kundigung" via the app because I
cannot log in to the app using the number and the internet password.
(I found all of my passwords). But the number just seems invalid or something.
Also when I put the SIM card from it in any of my devices there is no service whatsoever.
Whilst when I put the tablet SIM card in any device it gets service immediately.
The mobil tariff sim card is simply dead and does not work at all. ( I think it's because of the debts which are now payed off )

I also can't do the website "kundigung" because of some error that pops out whenever I try and translated
it says "please select a participant". When I click on the link it gives me the same error refreshes over and over again.

Also I cannot send e-mails to the customer service or call them because we cannot understand each other
and some of the website settings don't allow me to send the e-mail.

Long story short.
My tablet + red options are set to cancel at the end of the contract, but the mobil vetrag or tariff is not.
I have no other way of contacting Vodafone and cannot go to Germany due to coronavirus restrictions.
I would like to cancel my mobil tariff when the last payment of the contract is made. As I have managed to do for the tablet tariff.

Also this is my cry out to all of you for help because I've heard that if you do not cancel the vertrag when it ends, it prolongates for
another year. And I'm really trying to get all of my debts and stuff organised so I can finally start living a normal life.

I appreciate any help and I'm sorry for not writing in German. My spoken German is somewhat okay but my written German is terrible.
