I refer to my Celluar Contract (***). It includes 4 SIMs: 1 main + 2 family members + 1 data. The main SIM contract in your system is valid until 08 May 2021, while the other 3 SIMs contracts are valid until 30 Dec 2020. This is a mistake. All 4 SIMs contracts shall be valid until 08 May 2021. I extended the contract for all SIMs (it is actually 1 contract) by calling your call center in May 2019 and agreed to extend all SIMs for another 2 years period. However, in your system only 1 SIM was extended. Could you please set the expiration date for all 4 SIMs on 08 May 2021?
