Cancel contract before activation

Hi, 

I have ordered a cellular Red S contract online and want to cancel it before it has arrived. The online portal is not working and I cannot really find any number to call that I can do it on... I have the Bestellnummer.

Hi shristov,

what a pity that you do not want to have the contract after all.

Now you can simply refuse the acceptance and we will undo everything.
