Help with invoices and contract cancellation.

Hey, I need to speak with vocafone representative.

 

There are issues with my invoices, regardless of having them covered until november, myvodafone online account it states that last two months are unpaid.

 

I would like to ask what are the subscribtion cancellation opportunities for gigacube service, since im moving out of germany and i wont need it.

1. If you need a summary of your customer account's financial state, i.e. paid invoices, and cannot settle this issue with the aid of MeinVodafone, I will update you upon request (send me a private message).

 

2. Your GigaCube service  is only available inside Germany. If you move abroad, you should notify us in written and ask for the contract to be cancelled. The best way to do this is using the Kontaktformular.

2. Are there any addational costs associated with that? Can you contact me by email instead by traditional letters, because I dont know with address I will be using in week or two.
