Once of your officers called us once offering a nice deal, joining our internet at home with one cell phone. We agreed because it was cheaper as what we had before. After few months, we realized that you are charging two invoice (one from Vodafone and one from Kabel) and the overall price is for sure much more expensive that what we have.

We want the promise prize or cancel the cell contract so we can come back to our pay as you go option before.
