would like to extend the contract but only internet and cancel GIGA tv contract

Hello Vodafone,

I am customer since 2018 with Vodafone Kabel 200 red. Few months back i got to notice that my internet speed was estimated to be as 30 mbps rather than 200mbps as per the contract. For which i have opted to another network provider and canceled it on Vodafone. But I feel that this issue was resolved and now i get the speed of 200 mbps. except this speed issue i have no more problem with my internet connection. Is there a possibility that i can extend the contract? and how to proceed with the extension so that I can inform another provider and cancel or will it be canceled automatically. Next thing is that I had already canceled my GIGA tv long back is that really got canceled when I checked my contract details it’s not been mentioned so need clarity for these 2 questions. Thanks

Hi Mallsan,

we already got the customer data from you, so I could check it right away.

The cancellation for the internet contract is to 27.11.2020. Since this was ordered by the new provider, you have to contact them. They can then cancel the desired cancellation and phone number transfer with us. But you have to clarify this with the new provider.

The cancellation of the TV contract was cancelled by mistake. I will correct this and send you a new cancellation confirmation.
