Hi Team,

When I click change tariff, I see an option of 4,99 Euros per month HomeBoxFritz! Box 6490.

Will it mean my total monthly charge be only 4,99 Euros or will it mean an additional 4,99 Euros apart from my current Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable of 39,99 Euros per month. What will be my total monthly amount? Will it be 4,99 or 39,99 + 4,99 ?

Hello @pankaj ,

the 4,99€ would be additional to your normal fee( you would pay 39,99€ + 4,99€) and means that you would get a spacial router for your Internet.

When was the start of your contract? I think, then we can tell you, how an when you can switch your tariff.

Many Greetings, Ines

This is what I get to see when I choose Fritzbox option

The FritzBox / HomeBox option is on top of your current tariff.

You can choose of one of the three following options:

a) Default cable router WITHOUT wireless lan - without any monthly additional costs

b) Default cable router WITH wireless lan - mostly 2.99 € per month, sometimes included

c) Homebox/Fritzbox router (with wireless lan and some other telephony functions that the default router does not allow) - 4.99 € or 6.99 € per month

All on top of your tariff...
