contract Cancellation

Hello!
I signed a two year contract in June of 2018 for TV and Internet. Then ,I also signed up for mobile (sim card etc) with vodafone in September 2018. However, the time has come that I would like to cancel them. What would be the correct steps here and what would be the best way to do it?
