Hello Sir,
I wanted to cancel to my vodafone internet contract since I had planned to left germany on 3rd Aug so I went to vodafone store in Koblenz. respective associate asked me to send one letter to vodafone.
I had sent one letter along with my travel ticket and city deregistration copy but till now did not receive any confirmation aboout cancellation. I am waiting to send the device.
Could you please help me here.

To your letter: When and where did you send it? In our post "Moving abroad - Leaving Germany" we have explained how you can cancel your contract.

I had sent the letter on 2nd Aug to below address after discussion with Vodafone executive. Please find the uploaded photo of letter.
Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH. Kundenservice 99116 Erfurt
He asked me to wait for confirmation and then send the device. Could you please cancel my contract.

Hi Ashish,
as I can see all necessary documents are already here since August 4.
The first confirmation for September 2020 was sent to your address in Koblenz. With the help of your documents I was able to shorten the termination date to November 2, 2020.

I did not get the clarity here. Does it means as per first confirmation termination end date was in sep 2020 and now it changed to Nov 2 2020 ???
if so could you please help to terminate the contract as early as possible.

Hi Ashish,

Sorry for the misunderstanding, there's a typo in my text. The first cancellation was set to September 2021, the regular end of your contract.
With your documents I could adjust that to November 2020. That's the earliest possible date.
