change name on my contract

I am moving out from Germany and my colleague would like to take over my cabel internet contract and she is staying in same apartment, could you please help me here?

you can see the confirmation in your customer portal under Meine Dokumente.

The amount til cancellation date is 52,66 Euro. When you sent the router back, please ask a week later here, and we'll have a look, if the router has arrived.
