change name on my contract

I am moving out from Germany and my colleague would like to take over my cabel internet contract and she is staying in same apartment, could you please help me here?

I'll be glad to help you. Terminate your contract in writing and let us know when and where you are moving to. Then send us your de-registration certificate. Your colleague will just sign a new contract with us.

Hello Nancy, Thank you for your reply! They have already disconnected my contract and the end date is 3 months from now but i am leaving Munich(Germany) by end of next week, So what should i do?

it is correct, termination is subject to a statutory period of notice of 3 months. The fees must be paid by then. You can send the equipment in advance, the details can be found in the cancellation confirmation.

I have sent a post email to Vodafone to transfer the contract from my name to my flatmate's name.

Along with the letter I have also sent a formula which i have received from your departement via email.

could you please help me with the information that by when it will be done? i have sent the letter today Morning.
