1.Change 400 cable to Red Internet & Phone 32 Cable(29.99Euro per month)
2.Cancel HD premium Cable
3.Cancel Sicherheitspaket

1. The speed can be downgraded at the end of your contractual term - so in general after 2 years. There might be an exception if you got a special agreement that you may downgrade after 1 year.
2. HD premium cable can be cancelled every year
3. The security package can be cancelled every month

If you want to cancel anything, you need to send your cancellation in German [as German is the contractual language] using the official methods (e.g. contact form if you are logged in -or- as "usual" letter).
