cancellation of service

Hello,

I have register mailed a cancelation letter for July 1st 2020 and you have terminated my contract for July 1st 2021.  I am leaving the country on July 1st 2020, I have orders and I have emailed it to your [email protected].  They told me to post on this forum.  Please advise on what I should do.
