cancellation of contracts

dear all, I have sent a post mail to Vodafone before I left Germany. I still didn't get any response from them. can Anyone help? because I can't call their customer service anymore.... do any one know where I should send the box back?

Hello camellia,

you have a cable contract, so I'm taking the floor now. The cancellation confirmation was already sent in November. Since you didn't give us a new address, it could of course only be sent to the old address. The contract will be terminated on 31.03.2019 according to the Telecommunications Act. You can send the device to the following address:

90475 Nürnberg
