I am moving abroad in December. I already have my abmeldungschein, could you please help with cancelling my contract?

Hello Umzug2,
you have to report your move, not just quit. You do not need to unsubscribe if you give the new address. Please do this via the removal service.

I already reported the move 🙂 and got an email asking for a confirmation document when I uploaded my abmeldung to the portal, I received the following message:
'please contact our english speaking colleagues at https://forum.vodafone.de. They will take care of your request. Simply create a new thread for your topic and have a little patience. Thank you very much.'
Any ideas what I could do next?
