Suddenly I have been charged an amount of 217 €, this is really sad, I had a vodafone contract in related to change in contract from 1und1 which was one year free until 1und1 gets terminated.
Due to job I changed the city to Frankfurt & post in my new address in Frankfurt there is no vodafone cable connection as Vodafone contract is terminated and I have sent across my router to Vodafone.
Now I see Vodafone has charged me from from Oct 2017 when I took the connection, that time I was under contract 1und1 running. so in short I had to pay for 1und1 and now vodafone pay together at the sametime.
this is really very unprofessional & unethical from Vodafone, I am really very sad from about this debit from my account of 217 €, please correct this and reverse the transaction.
I spoke to one of your customer care colleague, she acknowledge it's wrong billing and she promised that money will come back to my account, but till now there is no action.
Could you please look into my request at the earliest.
Looking for early and positive response.

thank you, for the private message. Here is still missing a credit note for the change to us. The amount is already deposited in your customer account and will be credited with the next billing.

thanks Tina, for your message. my Vodafone termination is on 16th sept 2018, I think billing cycle is 20th september how will it work, how will I get the new bill and will payment be credited in my bank account.
Will I have access to my online portal and all my details in myvodafone after 16th sept as well.

Hello PM3,
after the end of the contract the credit will be refunded to your bank account . Your customer portal also works after the cancellation.

My contract has ended on 16th Septmeber 2018, still there is no new bill and also the credit is not refunded in my bank account.
Could you please have a look at this issue at the earliest.
