Vodafone payments not being processed

Hi team,

 

I've gotten in touch a couple of times but still haven't received any feedback.

I have vodafone internet and still haven't received any bills nor any amount has been deducted from my account for the services.

Can you please let me know what the situation is here?

Hello n_sreckovic,

you received a credit note at the beginning of the contract. Your monthly fees will be offset against the credit. This is the reason why we haven't debited anything yet. You can find your invoices in your customer portal.

I'm not seeing anything in the invoice section like you mentioned.

Can you please let me know where I can see how much credit I have left?

Hello n_sreckovic,

 

you can see this on the invoice and on the customer portal. If there is a "minus" in front of the amount, it is a credit note.
