I was told to post my problem here after contacting support. So I had a contract for Vodafone set up with a Vodafone representative over WhatsApp, the contract stated that I would receive 100 euro credit, and the Wifi fee (2.99), connection installation fee (69.90) and the shipping cost of (9.99) set to 0 euros. And the first 1-6 months would cost 19.99 euros, and from the 7 month onwards, become 29.99 euros. Everything was working fine for the first month, however, when I received the bill for the first month, I was charged for everything including shipping and installation, and the monthly cost was 29.99 euros, and I had not received the 100 euro credit.

Ich hatte einen Vertrag für Vodafone mit einem Vodafone-Vertreter über WhatsApp abgeschlossen. Der Vertrag sah vor, dass ich 100 Euro Guthaben erhalten würde, und die Wifi-Gebühr (2,99), die Verbindungsinstallationsgebühr (69,90) und die Versandkosten von (9,99) wurden auf festgelegt 0 Euro.
