Hello,
Actually, I have a problem with my contract.
Vodafone withdraws twice per month from my bank account.
In the past, I had a problem with my cable service and It was completely out of service. your colleague sent me a Gigacube modem until the problem would be fixed.
It seems the problem fixed about 2 weeks ago.
First of all, I want to Vodafone refund the price that Vodafone charge me for Gigacube.
And then I want to return the GigaCube modem and cancel the contract for GigaCube.
What should I do?
I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
Saeid Mirzaeiaraghi

I am pretty sure that you agreed on an additional contract for the GigaCube - as I am not aware that GigaCubes are given out for free just as replacement service. Please check the documents you got with the GigaCube - if it lists it as regular contract -AND- your withdrawal period has already passed, then there is no possibility to prematurely cancel the GigaCube contract.
The only thing that might help - in case it's a GigaCube in the Flex plan, then the monthly fee is only charged if you have used the GigaCube within this invoice period. So if you just unplug the GigaCube and let it unplugged in this specific flex plan, then it should not invoke additional costs. But as said, this is only valid for the Flex plan.
