Hello, sorry for writting English. My German is not good enough to explain.

 

I contracted Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable at 27th July. And I set it up at 10th aug. But the red lamp has been flashing and no internet so far.

 

I called to customer support and they said that technical support will call me back to adjust schedule. I've been waiting for 3 days.

 

could someone help me what should I do? I need internet for my job as soon as possible.

Hi Maruko,

 

The message means that your port is installed but not yet activated. You have a change of provider, you take a number from another provider with you. Since this is not yet enabled, the message appears. You can activate the connection yourself, even before you take the number with you. Somewhere on the page it should say that you want to use the line now and you should be able to choose this.
