I would like to terminate my contract immediately. I have called your customer service several times a week, everything was dated June 11th. but suddenly it moved to 25 completely unacceptable. and today your corporate customer service has been confirmed by phone. and offered to * Always Connected *. You asked me to contact customer service. I have ordered Customer Service via SMS. but then everything went the other way. I've rude lyrics that said it was never 11th and your connection will be 25th. I have already contacted 1 & 1, unitymedia and telecom. They are all ready to join me in a week. I have not signed a contract yet (on paper) and have so much unprofessional behavior. I do not need it, please cancel my contract.

which kind of contract did you made (Cable or DSL)?
