I moved to a new apartment yesterday and I had ordered Kabel Max online. However I have not mentioned the Haus Nr. in my contract and as such I dont have internet in my Haus. I cant update it online as well.
Could you please tell me how to fix this?

we can check if the order is already in the system. Have you already received a confirmation by e-mail? Please send me your name, date of birth and address in a private message.
