Unable to connect internet through KabelBox -8670

Hello All,
I am using a Vodafone KabelBox-8670 wifi router to connect internet , but past 5 days having trouble to connect to the internet. Whenever I try to connect google i am redirected to another vodafone webpage , https://kabelmodemaktivieren.vodafone.de/index.html , where it asking me to enter the Customer number and activation code. I called vodafone customer service several time they said line is active and to restart the route , but it's now helping , the customer service people didn't understood the problem i think. Please let me know how to get the activation code to my email or how to solve the issue. Thanks

Hello Luxmikanth,

 

your activation code can be found on the confirmation of order. If I get you right you already used your access and now you suddenly get the  activation page? I'm unfamiliar with the number 8670, which modem do you have exactly? Could you show a picture (without personal details like the MAC address or the serial number)?

Yes , its again asking the Activation code . HFC MAC ID : ***
Sagecom Model : FAST 5460
S/N :*** . Hope this is the details you asked.
Also sometimes i get error like digital certificate expired/invalid.

I think it's best if I have a look at your modem. I need your date of birth, customer number and address. Please send those details in a private message and reply here again.
