Hello,
I have tried using moving service several times and altough i see the message, `Prüfung erfolgreich!` upon my submission, i do not receive a confirmation email.
How can i make sure that my request has been received and how can i know when the new address activated?

Please send me the following data by private message:
- customer number
- Name
- Date of birth
- current address
- new address
- Moving date.

Hi Bugra,
unfortunately, at the new address no connection through us is possible. There, another carrier (Primacom) is responsible for the house wiring. I have therefore processed the termination according to the Telecommunications Act. You will receive the written confirmation by e-mail as soon as possible.
