Termination of the contract

I am going back to India on 19th Dec. 2018. Hence, I would like to terminate the contract. In this regard, I have already sent the certificate of deregistration using e-mail. I have not received any reply yet.

I would like to know the following:

1. How can I send the hardware?

2. Which is the address that I need to use for shipping the hardware?

Please reply as soon as possible.
