Hello,
Due to work circumstances I will be mostly out of reach for the next year (in the central arctic ocean). I'm moving out of my apartment this Friday, and want to terminate my cable contract. I visited a vodafone shop in early August, where the experts told me to send a letter to customer service with customer number, address, explanation of the situation etc. I did, so, and got a letter in response telling me to open a thread here.
My customer number is ***. How to proceed?

Hi ilkkamatero,
Your screenshots are enough to prove it.
I have therefore processed the cancellation according to the Telecommunications Act. That means, the contract ends with a period of 3 months after the moving out date. For you this is 29.11.2019.
I have also stored your e-mail address in the system. So you will receive the written confirmation within the next hours. In the letter you will also find the return address for the cable router.

Would you please send me your customer number, name, address and date of birth by private message? Do you also have a confirmation of deregistration or similar as proof? If yes, then please also take a photo of it by private message.
