Terminate cable contract

Hello. My name is Lisa *** and I live in ***  Berlin 12055 Germany. I would like to cancel my Vodafone cable internet contract for 01.02.2019 because I am moving to outside Germany. Vodafone customer service told me to solve this problem in the forum. My new address is ***  . My customer number is ***  . Where should I send the router back? I am leaving in 2 days so would like to sort it out before then. Thank you, Lisa

Hallo lisa9865,

I took care of the cancellation. Even if you leave Germany the contract won’t end with the date of your move. Due to German law the contract will end three months after the leaving date. Your contract ends on 2rd of may 2019. Send our hardware to the following address:
