Hello,
My current Internet contract with Vodafone is Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable, which started on 05.08.2020.
When I selected this tariff using Check24 it was said that after 6 months I can free of charge change to lower speed one.
I would like to change the tariff to a Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable at 39.99€/month) starting from 05.02.2021. However, when I use the option "Tariff wechsel" in MeinVodafone account, the only option I can "change to" is the basically same one (Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable).
Could some moderator here please help me to make the change?
