Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to change my contract Tarif from current 500 to 100 (young) as its my 2nd year of contract and I do not wish to continue with 500. It is not making any difference for me as my devices are compatible till 100 Mbps only, Also 100 Mbps for me as single person in house with 2 devices is sufficent. Please change my tarif for rest contract period.

Hello Nancy,
yes please do it soon. As it will be helpfull to be with new teriff (100 Mbps: 34,99) and this speed is sufficient for me from November 2019. So I hope it will be changed till end September 2020 (or till my contract period ends).
