Switch from Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable to Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable

My contract started at 2.1.2019.
So I want to switch from Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable to Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable at the end of first 12 month of contract. How can I do that? Is there some online way to do this?
