I have signed a new contract last month, everything was delivered and working properly. Still, I have not received the details so I could register online on the website and check my contract and invoices.
I've submitted a request to get the registration number send by post, but after more than a week, still no answer.
How can I get this information and finally register properly?

Please send me the following data by private message:
- Customer number
- Name
- Date of birth
- Address
- E-mail address.

Thank you very much! I've just received the e-mail and confirmed it.
Quick question though: when I login in there, I see the name and address still show the old addess and the name of my ex-landlady (our internet contract used to be paid by her). Since I signed a new one, instead of migrating that, would I be able to change my details? Right now, I don't see the option, since everything there has her name and the old address.

Hi, Rodrigo,
I will now send you the activation code for your contract. You will need to create a MyVodafone account and use the activation code to enter your new contracts.
The other contract is not in your name? Then the contracting party must contact us. Your former landlady would like to contact the support.
