Shipping label to return router

Dear Vodafone/kable deutschland, My home internet cable connection is terminated but how to return the modem? I have not received any communication message from Vodafone on how to return the router. Should I not receive a return shipping label?  Please clarify me what to be done.

Hello Tanjil,

the return modalities can be found on the cancellation confirmation. A return voucher will not be sent to you. This was originally enclosed with the device. If you no longer have it, the return is at your own expense.
