Hello,
Apologies for posting in English but I'm new to Germany and not competent in German yet.
I ordered Vodafone Cable 2 weeks ago, with an activation date of 31.08.18. I have yet to receive the wireless router, I just wondered if this was expected, and also if I'll receive any tracking information for the delivery when it is sent?

I should also add - I'm not aware that I have a booked installation with an engineer, and the letter I received says I should receive the router "3 days after my order date" - although I had to translate this so it might not be correct!

As I could see, you ordered the contract to 31.08.2018. and the router was shipped on 30.08.2018.
Unfortunately I can see in the tracking details that the router will only be delivered today.
