Hi,
I was in contact with your support hotline on June 6th regarding my contract (details are below). The very helpful staff was advising me to write to you on the contact form. The contact form sent me to the forum. Therefore, please find below my inquiry.
I signed up for the product “Red Internet & Phone Cable” in summer (June or July) of 2017. In addition, I was told that the contract will be the first year for 50% (so ~20€/Month) before being the full amount (~ 40€/Month) after the first year. However, I always had each month two transactions of ~20€ from you and assumed that the initial 50% off was just a misinformation, as I could not double-check the contract (I do not understand German). When doing the tax declaration this year with a German-speaking friend we wanted to write a partial amount off from the taxes as I use it as well for Home-Office purposes. The friend told me that there is something wrong and that I should only have one transaction per month. Therefore, he revisited all the papers and talked for me on the hotline. We were able to figure out that TWO contracts were created for me within 90 Minutes on the same day via phone. I obviously did only one of them (why should I want two?). I have the two contract numbers and am happy to share them with you via private message.
I would kindly ask you, despite the contract running longer, to terminate the inactive one with immediate effect.

thanks for your message.
As I can see, you have to contracts since June 2017. I have now forwarded your concerns to the department. There everything is checked again and cleaned up if necessary.
All I can ask of you for now is patience.
