Hello,
My two years contract of my cable internet is ending in a few months. I've seen many available rate packages on https://zuhauseplus.vodafone.de/internet-telefon/?icmp=home:internetundtelefon. I would like to choose one of those packages for my new contract, could you please suggest what is the process of renewing the contract?

the prices on the homepage are exclusively for new customers. Offers for existing customers can be found in the customer portal.

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for your reply. I would then like to notify Vodafone to terminate my contract at my contract end date. My friend who lives in my apartment will create a new contract in order to choose one of the packages available on the Vodafone website.

Hi Thomas,
I contacted Vodafone using the contact form that you provided. I got the response as:
"to solve your problem, please visit our Vodafone forum under forum.vodafone.de. Open a new thread for your questions and have a little patience. One of my colleagues will take care of your problem."
I replied the email back three times and explained that I have opened the thread already and you recommended me to contact using the contact form. However, I still got the same response every time.
Please cancel my contract as soon as possible.
