Hello Team,
Please remove my Vodafone security package .
I contacted vodafone shop when my contract start time, they removed Vodafone security package and i got confirmation from vodafone through letter(stating security package is removed),
But, still last month bill vodafone charged for security package?
This is not good!
Could someone help for this issue?

Hi Pooja,
thanks for your pm.
As I can see the internet security package is already cancelled on November 24th. You got a confirmation for this in September.
The fees after that date on your invoice will be credited with the next invoice run in December.
