Refund of TV charges

Hello

Vodafone charges me for 2 months of TV contract which I never signed and 284 Euro for TV kit which I already returned. Can someone help me to refund the 2 months and 284 Euro for TV kit? Invoices are in the attatchment.

Hello kuangmingchen,

your tv contract was cancelled. We received the hardware. Unfortunately outside the deadline. That's why it was charged. I took care of the refund (the amount will be in your bank account within the next 2 to 4 weeks).
