Every month I'm paying 39,99 eur on time but I keep getting an SMS from you which is a confirmation that you have received the payment but at the same time it says to transfer the balance immediately. Today I received a letter saying to pay 44,49 for October. Why is that?!!! I paid for October on the 2.10. and for September on the 1.9. Thanks in advance for the explanation.
