Received router in mail?

I have received something in the mail from Vodafone, a router that I did not order.  I got a letter stating that I have to install it in 2 weeks and return the old router in 2 weeks.  Then my bill increases for this month.  I do not understand... what is going on?  I want to talk to someone on the phone but there is no English option.  I do not want to change anything or pay more than I have been paying.  I would like to give back the router.

Hello AliDJ,

I still have your customer data. A change to our HomeBox was ordered. Your tariff has not changed.

Best regards

Tina

I did not want a change to my homebox router, and my bill is only supposed to be 49,99 €, why is it 58,05 €?

The monthly fee of 19,99 € was only valid for the first 12 months. This period is over. Now you pay the "normal" basic fee(49,99 €). You can find this in your order confirmation.

Additionally 10,- € were charged for activation. Your connection was blocked due to an open invoice.

I've cancelled the device change. Please send the homebox back with the return receipt.

Best regards

Tina

The connection was blocked erroneously.  The complaint management department has already credited part of the payment that I have already paid, many months ago, and unblocked my connection.  As this was the oversight of Vodafone, since Vodafone missed my payment, I should not be charged for reconnection for someone else's mistake.

I looked at that. You're right. The amount will be credited to your next bill.

Thank you very much for understanding!  I do need help with another issue, if I could ask you.  I sent 3 payments to Vodafone, beginning back in November, which were never received.  I have sent proof of payment for each payment, and have struggled to get them credited.  Two weeks ago, only one of the 3 missing payments have been credited to my account, but not the other two.  Could you give me a link to send you a private message to explain further and send proof?  I hope you can help me with this as well.  Thank you!

Hello AliDJ,

in November 2 payments were received and a third one has now been found. Which ones are still missing? In November 13,17 Euro and 19,99 Euro arrived. Do you also have a mobile phone contract with Vodafone?

Regards

Grit

There were a total of 7 payments from November to now.

19 Nov: 13,17€

16 Dec: 19,99€

20 Dec: 64,47€

11 Jan: 59,97€

15 Feb: 59,97€

12 Apr: 67,65€

28 Aug: 76,83€

If Vodafone received the 13,17€ payment in a November, then they lied to me when they said they did not receive it because as you can see, they incorrectly blocked my connection. There have been several payments that Vodafone has missed, as you can see. I can send better proof if we have a private message.

Hello,

in our system I see the following payments:

19.11. - 13,17 Euro

22.11. - 19,99 Euro

17.12. - 19,99 Euro

20.12. - 64,47 Euro

15.02. - 59,97 Euro

12.04. - 67,65 Euro

28.08. - 76,83 Euro

We recorded two incoming payments in November. And I didn't lie to you and I don't want to read such accusations here anymore. We could not debit several times, therefore your connection was blocked. As you can see in the list, there are several months where you have not paid. You can't blame us for that.

Regards

Grit
