I have received something in the mail from Vodafone, a router that I did not order. I got a letter stating that I have to install it in 2 weeks and return the old router in 2 weeks. Then my bill increases for this month. I do not understand... what is going on? I want to talk to someone on the phone but there is no English option. I do not want to change anything or pay more than I have been paying. I would like to give back the router.

Please read carefully what I wrote. I do not think YOU are lying to me. In the past, someone else has told me different.
Of course there are months I did not pay. If you look at the amounts, I paid several months at one time.
I understand Vodafone could not debit, but I paid the 13,17€ before the connection was blocked. And the connection was blocked for several weeks, so that was not correct.

The lock was correct, because the charges were not paid, already started in October.
This may be annoying for you that your connection was blocked, but if there are deficits in the payment, something like this happens.
