Hallo,
Entschuldigung für das Englisch.
I've been customer for few years already.
I've had Internet 25 package and few months ago I've upgraded to Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable.
The price on the website was 27,99. Without any initial prices or further changes ( no "danach ab ..." price ).
I've been paying 27,99 since then and everything went fine.
However last month I was charged 33,32 and this month I was charged 37,98 EUR.
There was not a single mention of different price when I registered for this Tarrif.
I have not changed any internet option, I do not use phone at all ( I don't have phone plugged in at all ).
Any idea why was the price changed twice by itself?
Edit: Move to the Cable-Board.

What do you mean by "The Mobile & Euro Flat" ?
I do not have Vodafone's mobile phone number, I don't even have a sim card ( never received it ).
On my profile "Meine Produkte" has only "Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable".
I do not see anywhere in my profile that it was acrivated and as I said I don't even have a number.
How was this activated? Where can I see the options of that?

Hi ogres,
the Mobile & Euro Flat option is booked at the existing Internet & Phone rate. You can use it to make calls to the German mobile network and Europe from your connection.

That sounds very strange, I don't use a phone and do not even have plugged it in.
