Hi,
I am new in Germany and I don't know german. I have received an email saying that my address is unreachable asking for new address. I replied to their email and looks like the email address (***) doesn't accept any reply. So I called the help service, where I hear IVR talks which I don't understand.
Can anyone help me with a valid email address or any means to contact them?
