One year expiry - Red200 - plan change

Hi - I have been paying 14.99 per month for the Red 200 cable internet plan. The first 12 months are coming to an end, and I have been trying to find an english speaking executive to try and change the plan. 39.99 from the 13th month is too expensive for me and I do not need it. I would like to know if you have any lesser expensive offers for me. Other than the internet contract ***, I've got my mobile contract customer number *** and a Call ya prepaid customer number ***.

I would like to continue if offered a better deal.

you have two options for changing:

Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable for 34,99€ monthly

or

Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable for 29,99€ monthly

At what rate should I change the existing contract?

Please change to Red 50 Cable please. And are there no combo benefit/discount for having 3 connections?

I have captured the change to the product Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable for you. You will receive a written confirmation by post within the next few days. The GigaKombi for the use of cable and mobile phones is already booked. A further discount is not possible.
