No internet

Hello..

My name is Amit Undhad. I have a new connection of Unitymedia. I have set up the modem. and i have connected with my laptop but it is showing like wifi connected without internet. I tried to call to customer center but they are not helping me anyway. They are just giving othes numbers to contact. No one is replying properly. I'm very disappointed. I have a online lactures and it seems to be no internet.  please help me with this problem. Otherwise i have to cancle this contract. I hope you understand.

We understand your problem. Currently we can't support to Unitymedia contracts in this community.
