Hello,
The virtual semester is starting and we have no connection at home.
We switched from DSL to Kabel, but the new router has the Internet led flashing in red and they cut us off from the old DSL contract on 11.04.2020 (just before the Easter break) ! We absolutely need the Internet back asap.
We tried to call the technical assistence, but no one has called us back so far to fix an appointment. They just say to not turn off the router, but it is on from the middle of March without any signal.
It seems the router has not been registered in the Vodafone server.
Please, help.
